Reservations & Walk-In Guests

Grab a seat at the bar or reserve one of the couch and cocktail table areas on the upper level. As long as we do not have a private event, The Back Room accepts both walk-in guests of any size and reservations.

 

Large groups can reserve an area to serve as their 'home base" It is the nature of the lounge that not everyone gets a seat. There is a cocktail table and some seating available in each area. Your guests can sit and stand at your dedicated table area or mingle throughout the lounge. ​​Fridays and Saturdays have a different policy than Sundays through Thursdays. (See below for details) We accommodate groups of up to 25 people at each reserved area. If you have more than 25 guests it would require a second area.  We only allow reservations for up to 50 guests..

Smaller groups and couples can reserve an area with a minimum bar spend.

​We take reservations until 11:30pm. After 11:30pm, you can come as a walk in guest, but we do not take reservations after this time. ​Unfortunately, bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted.

​Please note: our venue has a unique policy, on Fridays and Saturdays all guests must be age 25 and older (exceptions can be made for a few guests.) We are 21 and older Sunday thru Thursday. This rule applies to private events as well as reservations and walk-in guests.
